[P3D]configurer joystick thrustmaster T-Flight stick x

Bonjour, au départ mon joystick étaient bien configuré mais j'ai sans doute modifier cette configuration sans le vouloir. Bref, je n'ai plus la possibilité de tanguer en actionnant mon manche de gauche à droite. Comment reconfigurer le joystick ?
