Hand Tracking, VRS, and Mixed Reality capability warnings in VR Settings now use a clearer, more visible badge style consistent with other warnings on the page

XPLMPluginReload will no longer cause a reload loop (XPD-18139)
Temporarily removed threading checks for XPLMGetNthPlugin, XPLMReloadPlugins, and XPLMIsFeatureEnabled to avoid breaking existing plugins; these checks will be re-enabled in the next major release
